Look at areas in Mill Valley and identify them on a Map. Have people adopt those locations.

It could be for cleaning the sidewalk, gardening, pruning, cleaning the fire hydrant, weeding, painting.

All of this can save tax dollars and allow for that money to be put towards education, arts, underground power lines.
