NYC did it, so can MV... Specifically, I'd like to see more effort put into keeping MV public spaces clean and well-maintained: playgrounds need to be cleaned of litter more often; the brick area in the Plaza needs to be cleaned-up more often; an anti-dog campaign/enforcement should be done; remove invasive and unsightly non-natives, esp the Pampas Grass at the fields near the public safety buildings and remove French Broom in many locations; educate and enforce non-smoking laws in public spaces, esp. the Plaza.
