Bicycle riders ignore traffic laws and safety. Parents are now training their kids this way! Let's make it so it's easy and safe for bicyclists, knowing that they're vulnerable, and it's more difficult for them to stop and start. Let's make it safer for everyone by teaching bicyclists that they are in moving vehicles and they get to participate in the rules for moving vehicles.
