From the first days this was the hub of Mill Valley where the trains came and left bringing tourists in to hike Mt Tam and ride the Gravity cars, bringing freight, taking commuters to the Sausalito ferry to work in the City. For over a hundred years, from trains to buses to cars, bikes, to people on foot, this has served as a gathering and connecting point for the community.
