I'm thinking the train would run underground, under 101. The Mill Valley station would be near the East Blithedale 101 exit. A parking structure could be built half underground on the hillside across from the Safeway on the west side of 101. I think the original BART plan called for 16 minute ride to downtown SF. No reason to expect different now.
