Spruce up the Shoreline area near the Dipsea Cafe

Renovate all buildings with a look and feel of a water front village with primary vistas from windows looking out to the marsh and waterway. Parking could be at ground level with shops and eateries upstairs with views.

Better zoning restrictions for Shorline needed.

This is an interesting idea. We can pass it on to the County, who has jurisdiction over the shoreline area. It is outside of City limits.
