In 2040, I'll be 84yrs old. By then, I would like to see the Miller/East Blithedale entrances to Mill Valley moved below ground with stretches of green-scape at ground level. The green scape area would be for walking, biking or just lounging at a local restaurant or quaint spot.

I would also like to see Mill Valley incorporate into it's design planning that all buildings and housing that is brought to code include exterior of a woodsy european flare. Window boxes filled with flowers, hanging flowers in as many places as we can.
