I envision that Mill Valley will have dealt with rising Bay waters in some fashion to save buildings, houses, roads from inundation - complete or frequent. It is a priority to deal with this. Just because its hard, doesn't mean it should be ignored. Even with raised elevation building, we need ingress/egress. I picture an increased population density along Miller, with more people having to deal with more frequent flooding.... unless something is done.
