Keep Mill Valley's small town character

The belief that people in their 20's "prefer" near urban enviroments is simply false. Yes, when we're young we like the night life, the action and the social environment of cities. But it's also the only thing we can afford. But as soon as we settle down and have a kid on the way it becomes get me that white picket fence and a yard. Just ask any realtor. We are a small town and I think most of us want it to stay that way. The question to ask is who is trying to "sell" the people of Mill Valley this contrived, pro-development nonsense?
