MV should definitely pursue policies that try to maintain MV's small town character. But at the same time, we should try to add more affordable and sub-affordable housing units, especially in new multi-unit projects. Like Santa Cruz, close to 50% of those units should be affordable or less. We should encourage biking and walking.
