Keep MV a "small town" but not too small

MV should definitely pursue policies that try to maintain MV's small town character. But at the same time, we should try to add more affordable and sub-affordable housing units, especially in new multi-unit projects. Like Santa Cruz, close to 50% of those units should be affordable or less. We should encourage biking and walking. And we should challenge ABAG's and the state's attempt to tell us how to develop our city. See Dick Spotswood's piece below.
