Small town character holds different concepts for many, but the town can still grow with its jobs demands and remain beautiful with its trees, deer, walkability, with proper design guidelines. We need more multi-family and rental housing that can be along Miller Avenue with different stories and design interests that permit income diversity and improve attractiveness in design along the street. All of us love our city, but we need more working together for housing our work force and the aging people wanting to move down from upper hill homes.
